The LATMP will seek to manage local traffic within the area of the event/venue to protect your operations and take into consideration the surrounding area, to ensure that your event has limited disruption to the surrounding area. 

An LATMP is critical to the success of your event and traffic management associated with your event. Whether your event is taking place on the public highway, or if there is an access road to your venue, these routes need protection to ensure free flow of traffic to your event. The LATMP will help manage the traffic (and parking) associated with your event and to protect the local area around your event venue.

We analyse the event location and nearby public transportation options to create a comprehensive LATMP that maximises your operations and minimises disruptions. Our team can coordinate with local authorities, key stakeholders within the agreed LATMP area to ensure that all traffic management is executed smoothly and seamlessly.

At MNGMT, we offer a range of LATMP services, that produce a concept and designed drawings that will ensure that the final LATMP design is: 

• Incremental - building on existing measures where possible and keeping change to a minimum e.g. adapting an existing parking zone rather than creating a new or different plan;

• Necessary and affordable – will not be introduced where existing arrangements are deemed adequate;

• Easy to install - the temporary nature of measures should influence design, making them simple to install, easy to ‘switch on and off’ and able to respond to unexpected or changing conditions where necessary;

• Operable – making sure that the design does not create operational problems for any of the key stakeholders;

• Enforceable – making measures self-enforcing wherever possible and if not wholly self-enforcing, then as easy to enforce as possible; and

• Acceptable - minimising the impact on local residents and businesses.
